Why maintenance matters (and why you shouldn't skip it)

• The Essentials Plan is a great low-maintenance option if you just need the occasional tweak or update (a new photo here, a line of text there)

• The Growth Plan is great for: service providers and nonprofits who need frequent updates.

• The All Access Plan is great for: teams or high-traffic brands who want full creative freedom and fast support.

Edits are designed to keep your site fresh, updated, and functioning smoothly.

Examples of common edits:

• Swapping out images or adding new ones

• Updating or swapping out copy on pages

• Adding blog posts or news articles

• Changing links, buttons, or calls-to-action

• Updating testimonials, services, product descriptions or team bios

• Adjusting layout spacing or minor formatting

Note: Larger design overhauls or new page builds are not included in The Essentials or Growth plans—but are available in The All Access plan or as a one-time add-on.

We are a small team and you'll be in direct communication with either Hannah or Adriana. Simply send us an email with your edit requests and we'll take of the rest.

Absolutely! Maintenance packages are charged month-to-month and can be canceled or changed any time before the start of the next month.

Turnaround time depends on your maintenance plan:

• Essentials Plan: Updates are typically completed within 72 hours or 3 business days

• Growth Plan: Most edits are handled within 48 hours or 2 business days

• All Access Plan: You’ll receive priority support, with most edits done within 24 hours or 1 business day (often same-day)

We aim to keep things quick, clear, and communicated—so you’re never left wondering where things stand.

Yes! Design changes are included in the All Access Plan, which gives you the flexibility to refresh layouts, restyle sections, or try something new—whenever you need.

If you're on the Essentials or Growth plan and want a design tweak (like updating a header section or reworking a layout), we can absolutely help—just ask! We’ll let you know if it fits your current plan or if it makes sense as a one-time add-on.
